Appointments & Bookings

All appointments are subject to availability. By making a booking, you are reserving time with one of our qualified therapists. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings. Deposits are applied toward your final treatment cost. Full payment is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

• Must be presented at the time of appointment

• Are valid for the stated period

• Are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash

Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Following all pre- and post-treatment care instructions

Failure to do so may affect results and suitability for treatment.

Refusal of Service

Victor Harbor Laser & Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where we believe it is not in the best interest of the client’s health, safety, or wellbeing.
