Victor Harbor Laser & Beauty values your time and appreciates your understanding of our policies. As a small business with limited appointments available, each booking is reserved especially for you. To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all clients, the following policies apply:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

When you book an appointment with us, we allocate dedicated time and a qualified therapist for your treatment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost

• Clients who do not attend their appointment will be charged a 50% no-show fee

• Appointments rescheduled within 12 hours may incur a 10% rescheduling fee

We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.

Deposits

A 50% deposit may be required for:

• Treatments of 60 minutes or longer

• Group bookings

Deposits are applied toward your final treatment cost.

Deposits may be forfeited if:

• You cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice

• You do not attend your scheduled appointment

Providing at least 24 hours’ notice will ensure your deposit is retained.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers may be used for treatments or monetary value

• Please provide your voucher details at the time of booking

• Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

• Donation vouchers are valid for 3 months

Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in 50% of the voucher value being forfeited. Expired vouchers are not redeemable

Appointment Time

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to receive your full treatment. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

We offer an answering service outside salon hours for your convenience.
